Great staff made a tough time easier, but the ice machine was broken.

Had a great time with friends during our stay! We enjoyed our visits to RippaVilla Plantation, which showcases the Cheairs family history, and explored local eateries. The rooms were clean and the amenities were handy. Just a heads up, if you're sensitive to noise, try to get a room towards the back to avoid the highway traffic.

One downside was the breakfast quality. it didn't quite meet expectations. The eggs seemed like they came straight from a can and the biscuits were pretty hard.

I enjoyed the clean and recently remodeled space, and it was just a few steps away from several charming parks and local restaurants, making it perfect for me to explore the city on foot during my weekend getaway.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express in Columbia was good! And the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The breakfast variety could use some improvement. It was a charming experience exploring this slice of Americana.

Couple can appreciate good service

I gotta say, the Bath and Body Works products were a nice touch, just makes you feel fancy. The breakfast was decent-eggs, biscuits, pretty much what you expect, but the coffee, it was excellent, trust me.

It wasn’t cheap, but for the experience, I guess it was acceptable.

I had a pleasant stay. The indoor pool was a nice feature. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast offered a decent variety.

The Holiday Inn Express Columbia, An Ihg Hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff, who were very attentive and helpful, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Upgrade breakfast options for better variety.

We enjoyed our time here, especially since the breakfast had plenty of options and the beds were super comfy for our family. My teenage daughter loved having a spacious bathroom to get ready in, and the suite came equipped with a nice fridge for our snacks.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered more soundproofing. The noise from the neighboring rooms was a bit much, especially at night with the kids running around.

A Wonderful Stop on Our Journey!

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed a very comfortable Standard King Room. The staff were incredibly welcoming, anticipating our needs and promptly providing a cot for our child. Breakfast featured delicious options like cinnamon rolls and pancakes, but it could've been more frequently restocked.

Nice hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a wonderful indoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me find a lost jewel during my first visit. I'm coming back for a holiday!
